Trained at a specialist jewellery college in Hatton Garden, London’s historic jewellery quarter, Liz creates each piece by hand, blending minimalist design with ethical craftsmanship.
This booking-only studio focuses on one-to-one service, offering a slower, more meaningful alternative to mass-produced jewellery. Every piece is designed and hand-finished by Liz using sustainable, FairTrade, or recycled materials. Untold Jewellery London is built for conscious customers who value style, story, and impact.
The name Untold reflects Liz’s passion for jewellery that carries emotion, memory, and legacy. Her work celebrates everyday elegance with purpose – for clients who know what they want their jewellery to say about them and the world around them.

Liz Stovell is the creative force behind Untold Jewellery London, a one-woman studio where every design is handmade with care and intention. She trained in jewellery craftsmanship at a dedicated technical college in Hatton Garden, and now works from her private South London studio, focusing on creating jewellery with both meaning and sustainability at its core.
Liz combines her love of contemporary, minimal design with a strong commitment to ethical sourcing. She works exclusively with FairTrade gold, fully traceable gemstones and diamonds, and offers recycled or lab-grown materials upon request. Her jewellery is made to be worn every day, treasured for a lifetime, and passed down through generations – each piece telling its own untold story.
