Richard plays a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of the business, personally overseeing bespoke client services and guiding each commission from initial consultation through to completion. He works closely with Pobjoy’s network of skilled UK-based craftspeople, ensuring every piece meets the high quality and design standards.

Supporting the business is Taya Chrysta Pobjoy, Company Secretary and custodian of the Pobjoy family legacy.
