Poppy Elder | Founder, Designer & Jeweller
Poppy Elder grew up in Sutton Coldfield surrounded by her family’s metalworking heritage. Her grandparents launched the original casting business in the Jewellery Quarter in the 1950s. During school holidays she learned casting, alloys, and gemstone techniques alongside masters in the studio. This hands‑on upbringing led to qualifications in product design and over a decade of experience in Birmingham’s jewellery sector.
A third-generation designer and member of the National Association of Jewellers, Poppy is passionate about crafting pieces that feel personal and timeless. She combines clean, classic forms with unexpected touches, like parti sapphires or rose‑cut diamonds, to create heirloom-quality jewellery. Driven by Libra-style balance and ethical values, she uses Fairtrade gold, traceable diamonds, and eco-packaging as standard. Her Signature Collection and bespoke creations reflect her unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, individuality, and sustainability.
