Step 2 – Preview Your Piece
Following your initial chat, Fitzgerald Jewellers may present loose gemstones or diamonds for your selection. Once ready to proceed, a 50% deposit secures the commission. Clients are often invited in during the crafting phase to view the piece in progress — a rare opportunity to witness the magic before final gemstone setting or engraving.
Step 3 – Collection Day
Your bespoke piece is presented with a personalised receipt detailing the design. The experience is as meaningful as the piece itself, often an emotional reveal that celebrates your unique journey.
