Catherine Fibane | Founder, Designer & Jeweller
Catherine, the founder of The Lane Fine Jewellery, was born and raised in the Angus countryside of Scotland. After two decades working in London, she returned to her Highland roots, driven by a deep connection to nature and a desire to create jewellery inspired by the land she loves. Now working from her rural studio overlooking fields and forest, Catherine handcrafts one-of-a-kind pieces that celebrate the subtle details and quiet strength of the Scottish landscape.
Her signature collection, Hedgerow, draws inspiration from the wild flora that lines her favourite local walking path—blackthorn, wild rose, bramble and the frothy lace of cow parsley. Every piece reflects nature’s resilience and beauty, crafted with textured metalwork and carefully selected gemstones that echo seasonal tones and earthy elegance.
